Loyalty is something that can either cause danger to an individual or can save one from being taken out. Our long history of war with various colonizers has its own story of taking sides and changing sides for survival.
This is treachery or betrayal in the eyes of the people but to the infidels, this is simply a form of survival and self-preservation especially in a case of war where keeping one’s self alive is the ultimate goal.
Today, we are not at war but still may are called to trash loyalty for survival. It’s sad!
